Merry Moments Preschool
Our goal is to provide for the intellectual, emotional, physical, and social development of our students through hands-on, creative play. Through a variety of learning areas, children explore art, music, language, and math. Fine motor skills are developed by the use of puzzles, beads, and crayon activities. Gross motor skills are promoted by the use of playground equipment, balance beams, and balls.

Our Teachers
Bridget Lewis and Nancy Mayo hold Masters of Education degrees. Their combined years of classroom instruction provides an exceptional educational environment. Merry Moments Preschool will establish a firm foundation as your child sets out on their academic journey.

Class Offerings
Two Day Class:
The two-day class is for children who have turned 3 before August 1. Each child must be toilet trained. The two-day class is designed to teach children to work and play in a group situation. Activities include art, songs, story time, fine motor skills, and gross motor skills. Basic introduction to shapes, colors, alphabet and numbers. This class meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am - noon.
Three Day Class:
The three-day class is for children who have turned 4 before August 1. This class expands on all of the skill areas taught in the two-day class and prepares the children for kindergarten. Activities include learning to write names, letters and numbers, and recognition of alphabet, numbers, and shapes. This class meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am - noon.
The school year begins in September and concludes in mid-May with a program which graduates our kindergarten-bound students. Merry Moments follows the Park Hill School district calendar for scheduled and non-scheduled (inclement weather) session days.
Tuition:
A non-refundable $60.00 registration fee will be charged upon completion of an application for enrollment. Tuition fees are due the 1st of each month. You may walk in your payment or send it by mail. Checks paid after the 15th of each month will be subject to an additional late fee of $15.00.
